We were visiting Rockland from out of state and required late night emergency medical attention. This hospital, its staff, professionallism and services are absolutely outstanding !!!
Great facility and service
I wish I could actually take stars away. The doctors and nurses are very disrespectful. We were told that it was OK to leave someone in their own urine all night. Patient reported not feeling safe to return home and asked to speak to a social worker. The doctor said there was no social worker available on a Sunday and that they were not able to address it.
Brought our sick child in last night and had such an excellent experience I felt compelled to review. The doctor we saw was amazing with a sick, tiered 4 yo who did not want to be there. The front desk staff was wonderful as was the nurse and x-Ray tech. Ten stars! It was also a relatively quiet night while we were there, so we lucked out and didn’t need to wait very long to be seen. With the ER you never know if it’ll be busy or not.
