Called to get my daughter seen as she has not been feeling well for a same day appointment 1st thing in the morning. The nurse calls back a few hours later says she will talk to the dr. 1 oclock and still no response. If someone has to pull over on the side of the road because they are dizzy and having trouble seeing, I call that pretty important. I do not recomend this office.
It's sad for me to see negative reviews for this practice. I've been seeing Kristin Dobbins for many years and have never felt my needs weren't addressed or that I was not being listened to. I do my medication refills through MyChart and it's no problem. Staff has always been kind and professional, I have never had to wait long to get into my appointment in a clean room with a professional, pleasant MA. Call to set up an appointment and apparently the receptionists' voice-mail is always full. How the hell are people supposed to get the help they need? As a PSS who needs to contact these people on the regular, it's disgustingly neglectful to their elderly patients, and everyone else who needs care.
