Multiple prescription errors, even with intervention from the patient. Multiple departments that only want christian employees. Multiple departments that sexually harass their staff. And they leave the queen bee of harassment at the front desk to personally screw up every interaction possible as the first person a patient sees. Malpractice and labor suits are definitely on the table.
I felt very cared for by Dr. Harish in the ER. He listened to me, took my concerns seriously, and ordered the necessary tests to rule things out. It was nice to not just be brushed off. I’ve also had other good experiences here with the ER department when I had a Kidney stone that wouldn’t pass and they called in my urologist and got me into surgery the same day to remove it. This place was fantastic! We recently moved to the area and my husband needed a colonoscopy. He was able to quickly get an appointment and the coordinator (Doreen) on the phone was kind, thorough and a joy to speak with. At the hospital, Christopher was such a wonderful, welcoming reception host. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and coffee was provided. I was an established patient at this practice for years and struggled with the same ongoing GI issues. Throughout my care, I felt dismissed, unheard, and left without clear answers or direction. When I sought a second opinion because I felt my concerns were not being adequately addressed, I was told I would need to transfer care.
