I’m updating my review from 3 stars 5 stars because the owner took the time to call me to learn about my experience. She understood what area may need to be improved and never tried to make me change my rating. She genuinely wanted to improve the practice and work with her staff. Prior review was 3 stars. The facility was very clean very bright, easy to get to easy parking and I was greeted very warmly. I think the microdermabrasion with a diamond tip was very well done and would get 4 stars. I love PemSpa! This was my second time visiting the spa since I had a discount code. Sarah is very considerate and thoughtful and is sure to talk you through your skincare goals and needs. I have a very minor allergy and Sarah made sure to double check the ingredients on all the products. They even sent me an email to alert me of some roadwork going on in the area which made my commute easy. It's a very comfortable, clean, and relaxing environment and I hope to visit again soon.Â
I had an amazing facial with Sarah! She always made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She also asked about my skin concerns before starting and made great suggestions to switch up my daily routine in order to increase hydration for the summer months. Highly recommend PemSpa and Sarah for glowy skin!!Â
I had an amazing first experience at PemSpa. I was with the owner, Pema, and got the signature facial done. She did an in depth analysis of my skin and was attentive to my skin concerns/goals. I felt super relaxed throughout the whole hour. Want to also highlight the amazing massage she gives!!!Â
I’ve been going to Pemspa for a few years now and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Ashley is so knowledgeable and anything she suggests or recommends has done wonders for my skin. Shes incredibly gentle and thorough- she’s helped get my skin prepped for my upcoming wedding and I am so happy with the results. I highly recommend Ashley at Pemspa!Â
