They have poor customer service spoke to 3 different people about them saying I use 360 hz to 400 a day which average house uses 60 a day so keep asking them to check the meter they say they have and nothing wrong then said they come double meter it to insure it's working right and of course they didn't show up to do this either they have been over chargeing me for over 15 years now and nothing you can do about it other than sell your house and move or just get ripped off by them

I normally would give Pemiscot Duklin Fiber a 5 star but not after today. I didn't receive my Internet bill last month. They still don't have my correct phone number on the system. It's labor day weekend. I paid my bill this morning and can't help that the bank didn't let it process or go through till this evening. Not a happy costumer. My home schooled child didn't even get to finish his assignment before the end of school today. Been trying to get energy assistance for over a week now. Hopping back and forth between this company and the electric co op. And they keep saying "they're gonna send" my pledge to them. And time and time again they do not receive it. Unprofessional. Didn't understand where I was coming from as a person who can't afford to put money on every day it's really stressful living day by day on the brink of my electric going off. Everytime I call they talk over me, he rude, or send me to 5 different people.
