Just spoke with someone about getting internet as im moving back this weekend and the lady was so rude.
Prepaid electric through Pemiscot-Dunklin is designed to make the consumer fail and be at the mercy of reconnect fees. The balance doesn’t change for days at a time so if you’re not constantly watching, they shut you off with no notice other than an email as it’s being turned off. Customer service is terrible, it’s never their problem, it’s never accurate. 10/10 would recommend to buy a home powered by another company
Customer service is almost nonexistent. I don't know if it's they don't get proper training or they just don't care. Trying to get an explanation out of them is horrible. Is there anyone else I can talk to besides the ladies that work there? Is there anyone over there them i can talk too or do they run the whole thing?
