I dropped off an old frame with hopes of making a wall mirror out of it. It was curved at the top and I wasn't sure if Pemi could do it and at an affordable price. The clerk called within a couple hours and said they could and it was done the next day PERFECTLY! They put on all the finishing touches to make sure it would stay secure in the frame and the price was far lower than I expected. Great service, great quality craftsmanship!!

For two octagonal exterior windows I called and discussed the job to replace an existing window where the seal broke. They said they knew my condo setup and it would require a crane. Sounded like a massive job but I could find no one else in the area. So 3 mos later checked in. No date promised. So I checked in 3 months later. No date. So I checked in 3 months later.
