We had an awful experience with this company. Sam performed horrible work, missed deadlines, failed to pay the subcontractors that were hired, breached our contract multiple times and filed fraudulent liens against my property. Because of this I have filed a lawsuit and taken the appropriate steps for legal actions against Sam in court. Finally after 2 years and thousands of dollars spent for legal proceeding Sam is granting our request of giving us the mechanic lien releases and allowing us to put in a judgement against him... read more
