Pembrook Homes don’t build to code, nor repair problems they’ve created during the build process. Don’t expect them to honour any warranties. DO NOT deal with Pembrook Homes!!!

Our town house built by Pembroke homes has had nothing but problems since the day we took it over, multiple roof leaks, air conditioner drain leaks, power points illegally installed and getting them to fix issues is even worse, in fact they seldom respond to emails. Would never recommend

If environmental responsibility matters to you, avoid Pembrook Homes. If you live in the vicinity of a Pembrook Homes construction, see the attached photos regarding the polystyrene waste that will cover every millimetre of your land, your garden beds and soil, and enter the stormwater drains in alarming volumes. Extremely disappointed with Pembrook Homes’ handling of a warranty issue relating to water leaks from the apartment above. We first reported the issue in December 2025 and despite multiple follow-ups, the matter still remains unresolved. Pembrook attended the property and cut a hole in our roof to investigate, however no adequate repairs or meaningful investigations were carried out afterwards, and the hole has still not been properly rectified with the room barely usable.
