I am very disappointed with my experience with Pembrook Homes. We have had ongoing defects with our property, including issues relating to the balcony waterproofing. Despite these matters being raised, the communication from Pembrook Homes has been extremely poor. They agreed that the defects would be fixed by 31 May, however we still have not been contacted with a clear plan, booking, or update. Extremely disappointed with Pembrook Homes’ handling of a warranty issue relating to water leaks from the apartment above. We first reported the issue in December 2025 and despite multiple follow-ups, the matter still remains unresolved. Pembrook attended the property and cut a hole in our roof to investigate, however no adequate repairs or meaningful investigations were carried out afterwards, and the hole has still not been properly rectified with the room barely usable.
