This place is the worst place I’ve ever lived by far. Ever since greystar took over it has dramatically changed. The office is constantly in your business and calls and threatens to evict you over EVERYTHING whether big or small. You can’t do laundry after 10 (it’s quite time- yeah that’s really a thing) so if you have kids that run around forget it), there’s no sound proofing at all so your neighbors hear everything that goes on in your apartment (think private things), it’s non smoking (that includes your guests), no one c... read more

RecommendedFriendly and helpful neighbors. Beautiful landscaping. I like the spaciousness of my apartment and the convenience of having the laundry right in it. I also like the quietness of the community.

I recommend Pembrook Woods Apartments it has all the amenities to maintain a healthy and well-being lifestyle.I have a Bright 1 bedroom and I couldn’t be Happier with the many closets and Square Footage.laundry room as well.The maintenance team is very attentive and Professional if you have an issue as well as the office on site.
Maintenance isn’t good, and the leasing office just doesn’t seem to care. Neighbors are disrespectful and we still have things that need to be fixed in the apartment and it’s not getting done!!
They could provide hot water, heating, air conditioning, they could care if you don't have heat, they could bring in another recycling company so we can recycle, they could have cameras so stolen packages could be tracked.
Quiet. Helpful to have maintenance on site. Grounds are attractive and well kept. Office support is friendly and helpful. Very organized and well run. A safe, attractive place to live.
