Telling me im the reason wait times are long when medical attention is needed is pretty unprofessional. Especially when there are no appointments in our healthcare system lol just make it so you text people when to be at the hospital 30 minutes before its a crazy concept i know.

There is no such option for zero star cause this hospital deserves that. You should rather die at home peacefully instead of coming in here.

So PFMTU is amazing their staff is wonderful and supportive. However I am hard of hearing and have had issues a few times with communication in here. Also when brought in by ambulance last year i was was wearing a medic alert that clearly states "Deaf/HOH" most of that trip in all i heard was mumbles. Finally the little cafe on the bottom floor is the bomb they are always pleasant and friendly :)

My first experience at this hospital. I took my 4yr old in for fever and ear infection. Triage nurse was amazing with my son. Very friendly and talked him through what he was doing. Once in the room the nurses were the same. Sweet and talked him through everything. The doctor was very thorough. Overall great experience. Took about 3 hours in and out.

This is an edit from a previous review. Some of the staff is really nice. The signs are terrible, and directions are often difficult to understand. A lot of the staff seems grumpy and overworked. The hospital makes a great profit, and for some reason cant keep enough staff good facilities to better help the community. It's a known issue with this hospital where locals would rather travel to another city to get treated rather than suffer here.
