I lived at Pembroke for two years while at Marshall University. It was a great first apartment to live in. Whitney and Bill were always accommodating. If anything needed to be fixed, maintenance was always there within 24 hours. The apartments are clean, and the landlords are super easy to work with. If you’re looking for an affordable place to live in the Huntington area, I would highly recommend Pembroke Properties!
Whitney the landlord is very difficult to deal with. We had to ask her multiple times to fix stuff when needed and she was pretty rude and disrespectful. On the other hand, Bill was always very helpful.
Great apartments for a great price! You will never find a better set of landlords, they are genuine and want the best for each renter. I loved my college experience because I lived in Pembroke�
My husband and I lived here for 3 years right after we were married. They are super nice and very close to campus, which was extremely convenient while I was in school. Although they were a bit small for us as a married couple, they are perfect for college students. Also, the landlords are very nice and accommodating!
I love it here!!! Whitney the manager is amazingly helpful even during my own personal issues. Never had a landlord/person who works at a place go so far above & beyond to help me. Thanks Pembroke!!!
