I’ve been a tenant for over 5 years and it gets better and better each year. The attention to detail and the professionalism that Nancy and Jenny provide is amazing. Along with Guy and Cesar they are the best. I highly recommend renting from them.
Spoke to someone for a space and expressed to them was looking to get in the storage same day, so she took a $109 payment and said #21 is ready for me. I drive over 30 min there in a U-haul for #21 and it’s taken. So I call back and was told to check #20 next to me if it’s empty to use it….How unprofessional and inconsiderate so I open #20 and it’s filled with someone else’s belongings!
