Dishonest business. Very unprofessional. Will try to shake you down when you’re an ongoing customer. Conducted a lease return. The third party inspection raised zero additional wear and the mechanic that physically accepted the lease return flagged zero additional wear and tear. They then sent me an invoice for additional wear and tear charges with zero detail or proof, and are now ignoring my emails and withholding my lien release. It was a such a great experience to have Sophia as my car sales rep. She took lots of time to answer my questions, and really listened to my needs. We test drove a couple vehicles and I decided to upgrade to the Eclipse Cross. I even got the color I wanted, a beautiful blue. She went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and my experience was positive. She is highly recommended, as are the entire Mitsubishi team. 5 stars for an excellent vehicle experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
