Pembroke surgery is the best practice i have been to. I've been to another practice in Paignton, they could learn so much from Pembroke. The doctors and all the staff are thorough and so very helpful. I truly cannot praise them enough.
The rudest head receptionist I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Incompetent, unaccommodating, and prescribed the wrong medication to my 20 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER! disgrace. Everytime we’ve needed her to be seen we’ve had to call 111 instead. Waste of real estate.
Dr Hannah Wright is an asset to the practice. She truly cares, doesn't rush you and has done more investigation of my chronic pain than any other doctor. When I see her, I know will be listened to and most importantly believed Thank you.
The doctors have been amazing since my surgery after I was discharged from hospital. They have helped my recovery by always being there when needed and have always seen me supported me and given reassurance through the various illnesses I had after my surgery. I would highly recommend them. I am very grateful for the help from them with my recovery.
To be honest, the procedure for getting an appointment through the website is a nightmare but I have recently had some excellent service from a Dr Wright. I saw her some weeks ago & she actually took the trouble to follow my case & get back to me about it & arranged another face to face appointment plus after the visit she sent me a text to reassure me so credit it where it is due. Well done Doctor Wright, NHS as it should be!.
