In all of my experience with GP Surgeries Pembroke stands out it's easily accessible, emitting a level of professionalism and care throughout. The whole team are a TEAM and I can say with conviction.
Disgusting service. Just spent an hour trying to get through to arrange an appointment to see a doctor Got cut off after 45 minutes in a queue, had to call back, been on hold for 20 minutes so far and still waiting
Impossible to get an appointment, the worst run surgery in England. Went in and asked for an appointment, they informed me to do a temporary registration. I completed this with them at reception, and they then asked me to request an appointment via phone from 8am. I did this, only to be told that it wasn't possible to get an appointment with them at all, no apology given. Complete waste of time on an urgent request.
Popped into Pembroke today for blood pressure check and I have read some of the dull reviews but what a absolute brilliant surgery I had my blood pressure checked several times and the nurse was so patient friendly and caring I was then seen by Danny and what a absolute brilliant person I really don't think people realise how hardworking these amazing people are oh and the amazing receptionist on the desk how amazingly helpful you was I am so happy to be with this awesome surgery they have looked after me for many years and ... read more
