Called this place to get pricing on water testing. The lady that answered the phone didn’t greet me & was rude the minute she answered the phone call. She was vague with the answers to my questions, ensuring to only answer with one word every time. When I asked to speak with the manager she stated that she was the manager. Once I addressed her as being unprofessional she stated that I could do my own math when I asked about pricing. I therefore hung up since I was not being offered with any beneficial information. Very rude on the phone.
Very professional and friendly people.
Nice people at this place who are also experienced and helpful. I especially like that they can do all of the different tests required for various real estate transactions. Now that I've been over there and met everyone, I'll probably just leave all aspects to them and just do a card over the phone.
