It’s really a shame, the pool is cold, and the people are very rude. I’ve seen the staff make kids cry, they yell at parents for no reason. They have no respect for anyone there using the pool. They need better staff. Also the bathrooms are nasty in the change rooms. I was waiting to use a bathroom and they were changing the toilet paper and someone had used the toilet and it was very dirty ,and they didn’t even bother to flush it on their way out. We had my daughter's first swim lesson today but I didn't realize I signed my girl up for the wrong class. Paige was quick to swap us into the right class on a different day and then proceeded to give my daughter one on one time with her in the pool. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of attention and care she provided us. Thank you for making our first experience with swim lessons a positive one Paige!
We had my daughter's first swim lesson this evening. I didn't realize I had signed up for the wrong level but Paige was helpful and managed to switch the classes for the appropriate level on a different date. She also provided our child one on one lessons this evening so she didn't feel left out or missed out after looking forward to swimming this evening. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care she provided us. Thank you Paige for all of your help!
Recently revitalized. Not sure if this changed, but the pool water was always too cold for me.
