No one ever answer the phone!!! don't respond to emails. No call backs.
They drew my blood every weekday for the week I spent there, they had no contact with my psychiatrist at the time and they stole my Palmer acoustic guitar. Worst medical experience of 2015.
They seem like nice people but completely ignore and forget about the online participants. The tutors, Tracy and Paul, are amazing and acknowledge everyone but other than them, I have no one to point out. It's just not helpful at all for a 15-yr old girl with depression, anxiety, and bulimia
I never liked it there and it never helped me
I completed the 3 week partial inpatient program and due to crazy life circumstances like my PT-1 being denied 3xs althought I'm fully disabled live an hour away and due 2 a severe arm injury and severe hypoglycemia that happens as Im driving longer then my 20 mins to 10-15 miles allowed medically. I knew how severely I needed to be in this program oh and my insurance would not pay for Zoom, required me inperson only.
