Had a custom shower glass panel made and installed from Pembroke Glass. Quick response to my initial inquiry. Two appointments were necessary for measurements followed by installation. All personnel were courteous and professional, and I'm happy with the final result. I recommend, and will likely use their service again for another bathroom. Thanks!
Be patient and make sure you follow up! On March 21 I put an order in for a gym mirror and I was told second week of April it would be installed. On the third week of April I went to see them again because I had not heard anything yet. The receptionist had to look at the bottom of the in basket to find the paper work then I was told the installation would be done on April 26 at 10am. At 1:30pm I called to ask how much more time and the receptionist told me that they had a job of unloading a truck that’s why they never showed... read more
