The Pembroke Fitness Center is a great place. Not only does it have top notch equipment and staff, membership includes the indoor pool, hot tub, and trainer lead classes! Truly a wonderful place to work out and the staff is amazing!
I was in the area for work last year, but the fitness center I was going to close to my work had some very odd hours; thus, it didn't always work for me. I ended up finding this place not too far away, and it was great in most aspects. The facilities were clean, the gym itself had a mix of both old school and modern vibes; they had everything I needed; short and longterm memberships were reasonably priced from what I remember, and the staff were always super welcoming and friendly. They have done a wonderful job of renovating the pool and hot tub. The aquafit classes that are offered are extremely good. I have been attending them for years and find them very beneficial to my general health and well-being.
I’ve been a longtime member for >10yrs. So many new updates keep the gym looking and feeling fresh and functional! Staff are the BEST
