Renee Robins Yonkin has been the best provider I have had as far as a PCP goes. She literally saved my life when I was having a health crisis and closely monitored my recovery. She has been very attentive and invested. She collaborates well with other providers and quickly responds to messages. I feel seen and heard.
I really love most of the staff and Drs here but MAN the fact that I can’t call and even leave a message and it just goes to an answering service is sad. Everything is done over “the portal” which is an online service, it’s kind of sad.
Rating Docs on Google is kind of tacky but here I am doing it anyways. My husband and I see Doctor Fernaays out of the Alexander office and he's not only incredibly intelligent (MD/PhD) but he has a bedside manner you don't see frequently anymore. Not once in almost 10 years can I say I've had one single negative experience, and all of the office staff is also wonderful... no matter where we buy a house we will make the drive to them because they are so worth it.
