The team here was awesome! Best place to purchase a car!
Worst experience ever they did not provide a csr fax or safety. They used a 3rd party garage that passed safety which the car was not in passing condition. Within 24hr the car broke down its been almost a year of back and fourt. Worst dealership ever do not buy from them they rather make profit vs a customer safety. Purchased Tesla model Y for weeks they said they didn’t sell us the car. But on the bill of sales had the owners name Ian and Penbrook auto sales. My Husband and I bought a Kia Sportage. They were very honest with us. When it went through the safety and need work they kept us in the loop and covered all cost. 2 weeks after I got the car my check engine light came on. Sami booked us an appointment at their garage and has covered all the cost. We had an amazing experience and will definitely buy from them again.
My husband and I had an excellent experience with Pembroke Auto Sales. Sami was very friendly and helpful, and provided honest feedback about multiple vehicles we were potentially interested in. Once we had picked a new vehicle he ensured it was in fantastic condition by the time we took ownership. Would definitely recommend Pembroke Auto Sales to anyone looking for a used car in the Upper Ottawa Valley area.
Sami and Ian here are some interesting people. I had to edit my review after finding out that I financed at 20% interest! I got my first car here. Didn't know ANY better. I financed. And then a year later I come to find out I signed at 20% interest!!!! Do not go to these guys. I'm not even kidding, they have put me 45,000$ in debt for a 2021 Kia Rio. 0/10
