Terrible. They didn’t offer advice. They didn’t help. They wouldn’t answer my questions directly. They asked for personal info they didn’t need. They wouldn’t tell me where else I could go ask for help that they wouldn’t provide. The ONLY good thing they did was lend a room for me to meet with a third party councillor that they didn’t help me get into contact with.
