This place I wouldn't recommend to anyone not even a pet dog. The tenants or landlady would hassass, bully or accuse you by discriminating reasons. Misjudging someone with out cause. Very heart breaking that a nice place has judgement people.
Located in the small quiet town of Evansburg, the building is fairly new, rooms are generously sized and monthly fees are reasonable. Visitor parking is available but at a premium; there is parking on the street when fully occupied. The building is not air-conditioned and Sun-facing rooms will need to supply their own air conditioning solution. A small convenience store is located nearby.
The place was in good condition. Well keep and maintained. Secure as well.
