Bad experience for me!! I bought a vase, after talking to my daughter realized I paid wrong amount went back to store said I owe u money. The girl working there just walked away!! She recently in front of a room full of people told them I STOLE it. I will never go there again. I recently bought 2000 worth of flooring, there. U can we sure I will never go there again. I have rental properties, so often by supples!!!!!
Paid a lot of money for a shed and they “forgot” to deliver the screws! Also they have practices that harm customers. I had to return something and no one opened the gate. No clear signs as to where to go. When I told an employee, about the harmful practices which could kill someone instead of reassuring me they will speak up the manager so that people can shop there safely, just said, “okay”. It’s NOT okay to harm customers. Awful service if you can call it that. Shame on you!
Oakbank Co-op is everything a local hardware store should be. The staff are friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful, no scripted sales pitch, just real people who know their stuff. You get a personalized experience every visit, and Doug deserves a special shout-out: he’s fantastic at what he does and always goes the extra mile.
