Had a small emergency on Saturday evening, and they were so quick to help, xrays within 20 minutes. The nurses were very kind and calm, and helpful.
I am travelling from Saskatchewan, and I had an incident that brought me into the ER. This has been the best service I have had in a healthcare situation in a longtime. The staff were friendly and helpful, Dr Kate was awesome and Emma Jane and Dr. Fisher were great. Thank-you all for caring and taking the time for your patients. Korinne
My husband and I were in a accident involving our truck and travel trailer on June 25/ 2025. We were taken there by Ambulance and the care we received from the women paramedics as well as the nurses and the Doctor were top notch. Everyone was amazing, treating me quickly and with great care. Can't say enough about the staff. Impressed
I arrived at 9am with a knee injury. The nurse at reception acknowledged me right away (I apologize for not having a name, but she had red hair in a pony tail). She was very friendly and kind. Within minutes they had me all setup in the back. The xray technician was the next step and Heather was very nice and understanding. Dr. Hodgson (sorry if I miss spelled your name) was next. Nothing but praise for the care I received! In an out in 51 min stitching up my fingers. Had the pleasure of being cared for by Ian and he was top notch and clearly enjoys his career Keep up the great work Pem Health Care🙌🏻
