We have used Pemberton multiple times to service fireplaces at properties that we manage. Michelle is amazing!! She helps me coordinate appointments, makes sure that we get on the schedule quickly, and always follows up to make sure things went as planned. I could not recommend them more!
Jerry did a great job explaining the annual service and was extremely thorough.
We have been customers of Pemberton Appliances for over 20 years. We and a service call today that was less than two hours in duration. They checked our water heater and flushed it, they checked our generator and looked at our fireplace starter(looked at it nothing else) . The first bill that was presented was for $993.00. I expressed my shock and displeasure to the service person and he called the office and said he could reduce it by $75.00.
