Pembe’s classes are fabulous and make me want to come back week after week, year after year. The environment is clean, cosy and relaxing. Pembe adds her own wonderful music, incense and candles to give you an amazing experience. The guided postures are always done with individual needs considered. I’ve experienced many teachers in my 30 years of yoga and Pembe and her studio are one of the best.
A great (re-) intro to yoga; very warm, welcoming & non-judgemental space. Crystal clear instructions & v safe w easier poses "just in case". Highly recommended!
