I was looking for a trainer near my office to keep me committed to working out. I found could not be happier that I found Eric he is informative and helpful. As I former athlete with bad knees he developed a program to build strength where needed. He is dedicated to continuing to learn and grow by taking classes and attending seminars to expand his workout plans. Highly recommend Eric.

I found Pelzfit when I was looking for a local personal trainer in Arlington Heights. I was delighted to find someone I could walk to and who was very patient with a total beginner like myself. I really love Eric's focus on functional fitness. Rather than just focus on isolated muscle exercises, Eric trains across a huge variety of exercises – cardio, weights, kettlebell, and even yoga are regular parts of my fitness routine. I have had the opportunity to train with Eric for a couple of years and he has been AMAZING! He listens to your needs and develops an effective plan that will help you meet your goals. He challenges you to accomplish what perhaps you thought not possible and helps you stay the course. I highly recommend Eric if you are looking for a trainer that will help you achieve the results you are looking for. Hands down the best!
