I've been going here for many years because they're accurate, prompt, and fair. The only place I've ever gone to who does their best to quote you an accurate price and charge you less if they've over quoted. Who Does That??? Pelzel's Does That's Who!! I have 2 vehicles that they take care of for me. I highly recommend them.

Had them do some good work for us in the past, but this last fiasco did us in. Had our vehicle for over a month with all kinds of excuses, and when we finally picked it up, the brakes were still not working. Had to hire a second company that had to adjust the brakes, we just had installed, so they would work. What really bothers me is that the owner told us he had test driven it and all was good. So totally wrong
