Our organization had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Kamaria Washington! She alongside her partner coach, Coach Sherry Cornelius facilitated 30-minute Mini Wellness Coaching sessions for our guests as part of a wellbeing event we hosted this month. As a new mom pregnant with my first, and only child, pelvic noir was exactly what I needed! From pelvic education, to positioning for top comfortability, to perineal massage techniques in preparation for the delivery, Dr. Washington was fantastic with all of her education tools! I absolutely love this wellness center and can’t wait to go back!
Prior to working with Dr. K, I could not have imagined myself actually seeing the need to go to pelvic floor therapy - little did I realize I couldn't even sense my pelvic floor after the birth of my newborn son.
