Dr. Washington has been a lifesaver during my menopause journey. She provided invaluable insights and suggestions that helped me understand what my body was going through. I had no idea so many of my experiences were related to peri-menopause, and she made me feel better about them. Her approach is caring, knowledgeable, and supportive—I'm so grateful for her guidance!
Dr.K is simply AMAZING! She is thoughtful and knowledgeable during all sessions and provides care plans that fit with your current situation. This pregnancy and postpartum care has been great during to the addition of Dr.K on my care team. I recommend anyone needed Pelvic Floor support to reach out to Dr.K!
An amazing pelvic floor PT who has helped me to from pain with just sitting to help me do all the activities I enjoy and equipped me with a toolbox to self-manage on my own! Highly recommend!
Dr. K is the absolute best! One of the most thoughtful, intentional providers I’ve ever worked with. She always explains everything she does and meets you where you’re at! Postpartum can be such a vulnerable time and Dr. K felt like such a warm and gentle person to support me through it(she even comforted my sweet baby during one of our appointments!) my wish is that all postpartum moms could have the gift of seeing Dr.K!
I began seeing Dr. K for preventative pelvic floor health to ease and heal from pelvic floor pain. I’ve continued seeing Dr. K for pelvic floor PT while pregnant with my second baby.
