Kathy is a firm believer in teaching you about your own body and vulva. Demonstrating and sending handouts to bring you the best information, I will be forever grateful. I haven't felt this good in years. I'm more empowered to take long-term care of my mind, body, and vulva than ever before.

Kathy Kates was absolutely excellent! I would highly highly recommend her. She is kind, patient, gentle and extremely knowledgeable. I loved working with her and have made a ton of progress.
Kathy is amazing, I had the most wonderful experience working with her. She truly helped me when no other doctors would. I was so frustrated that I would never feel like myself again. I was post surgical menopause and she not only gave me all the tools I needed to feel like myself again, but she listens, she takes her time with you and most importantly she doesn't think you're crazy, she offers a judgement free space. Would recommend her to anyone struggling with menopause!
