Visited Pelvic Health Altona North for the first time today and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The clinic had a great welcoming vibe, the receptionist was absolutely lovely and the Physio, Zeba, was wonderful! I would highly recommend!

I saw Zwin for my pre-birth assessment and education and she took was thorough in initial diagnosis and took great care in listening to any concerns that I had. I've been working with Therese Stegley for the past 4 months to address my ab separation from pregnancy. Therese is lovely, easy to chat with, and very professional in her approach. She has shown me all core exercises in an easy to remember way and also has sent the exercises/info discussed during the apts via email so I can reference back to it.
