Dr. Whitney Horner is truly a blessing. Her empathy, care, and exceptional bedside manner make her an outstanding doctor to have in my care. Dr. Fialkow is another amazing doctor with great wisdom, knowledge, and insight to offer. What a wonderful team of physicians UW Pelvic Health Center has!

Terrible customer service. They are booked out a while and they are not there to help you. There is another customer in line so each one becomes less important.
I scheduled my appointment in August and should have it in November but the cancelled it less than 24 hours before the appointment because the providor got sick. The next available date is February, it’s ridiculous and not acceptable! In this case it should be scheduled ASAP, they want me to wait again for another 3 months!
