Gabby is truly an expert in the pelvic floor health arena! I thought a weak pelvic floor was par for the course after having five babies and with my younger years long behind me. Not so! After only a few visits, the effects of my weak pelvic floor began to be a thing of the past. I was shocked at how quickly I saw results. I wish I had done this 10 years ago. Gabby is the best!
