My experience at Summit Physical Therapy was great. Everyone was kind and helpful at each visit I had.
My doctor suggested pelvic floor therapy to assist with some gynecological issues I was experiencing. I really did not know what to expect. After my first visit I noticed improvement by simply learning to breathe properly. In eight weeks of treatment I learned more than breathing, but several exercises and better daily habits of movement with maintenance even two months after treatment ended. During my first visit, Gordon gave me a thorough assessment to determine the extent of my limitations in my range of motion. He put me through stretches and took measurements so that he could target the specific areas for which I needed therapy. He has produced a therapy plan based on his knowledge of my needs that have and will improve my range of motion. I'm confident that the plan will be successful!
After my C-section, I felt so weak in my core. I had difficulty lifting my baby’s car seat, exercising, and I was fearful about returning to my physical job after maternity leave.
