Excellent physical therapists, every woman should go to pelvic floor physical therapy!
Honestly, best experience I've ever had at any physical therapy place. They are all so empowering and supportive. It truly made all the difference. They make the world a better place. If I could, Id go back and work on my entire body, for the rest of the year. Like my personal gym. Thank you to everyone there!

The staff here is very professional and friendly. I appreciate the time they devoted to helping me understand the exercises I needed to do and how to perform them properly. Kelsey is very knowledgeable and Alondra and Katelyn were excellent at keeping things on track with me. And Matt is amazing with all the tasks he handles. Great experience. Highly recommend.
After my C-section, I noticed my pelvic floor felt very weak. After talking with my OB, she recommended pelvic floor therapy and I’m so glad I took that step. I know a lot of people feel intimidated or nervous about trying pelvic floor therapy, but if you’re on the fence, this is your sign to go for it!
