So thankful to have found this place! I had such a wonderful experience working with Kelsey, Katelyn, and Alondra. Each of them was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and I always felt comfortable, heard, and never judged. Pelvic floor therapy can be such a personal and vulnerable experience, and they made the entire process feel approachable and empowering. I learned so much and truly feel like I’m in a better place because of the care I received here. I can’t recommend this team enough!
Alondra was absolutely the best!! She made my personal experience much easier to deal with. The exercises that she had me doing fixed my issue right up!! I would highly recommend her and the entire staff to anyone. Very easy to deal with and worked great with my work schedule.
All of the staff are super friendly and make the experience amazing
Caring and knowledgeable staff helped me learn exercises that support the pelvic floor and prevent leaks. Alondra is reassuring over what could have been an ordeal as well as friendly and very good at her therapy tasks. Highly recommend.
Therapists were very nice and encouraging but firm in helping me get stronger.
