Just yesterday my mother came in and completely got screwed over. She had a certain haircut and highlight in Mind, showed the person cutting her hair if she could do what she was asking for (she showed multiple videos and photos) which she immediately and excitedly agreed she could do. Boy was she wrong, not only did they charge my mother $280 but she said “it is what it is, I tried”.
