Bad service, canceled an appointment as we were walking in. Very rude and dismissive employees.
I scheduled a hair appointment for my daughter. When I showed up, and re-iterated what she wanted, the stylist, Alexandra said that I had only mentioned a cut, no blow dry. I re-stated that I requested a wash, cut and blow dry. She stated that I did not. She was very rude and stated that she was fully booked and made no attempts to resolve the matter professionally.
