The staff is so friendly. I have been 2 times and I definitely plan to come back. I was there for a lululemon weekend and I came back one year later. The best instructors! I have been a peloton member for 7 years and visiting the studio was the best experience.

I showed up at Peloton Studios NYC the day before and put myself on the waitlist for two of Alex Toussaint’s classes, not expecting much—but to my surprise, I got into the live class the next day! The energy in the studio was electric, and being there in person with Alex was an unforgettable experience. The staff was friendly, the vibe was welcoming, and everything felt smooth and well-organized. Definitely a bucket-list moment for any Peloton fan!

Locked location. As a Peloton member of many years I was hoping to walk through at least the lobby to take in an amazing vibe, but doors were locked. I didn't have a reservation for live class, but was still excited to visit. While I was there looking through the glass an instructor did come outside while leaving the business, but with bodyguards and a not so welcoming response to my excited greeting. Disappointing!!! Don't waste your time unless you have a reservation.
