While they undertook a project in our building, they managed to pour floor screed down the lift shaft, breaking the lift. As a result, the lift was out of action for over 8 days (Still not fixed as I write this) The worst part is that they didn’t even communicate the issue to the residents. We were only told after 3 days about the cause and the expected rectification date (which they missed)
