I agree with the other posters - shameful and irresponsible behavior. They went to visit my mother in assisted living without contacting me. As her POA, I expect all new doctors to contact for approval. They gave her evaluations without my knowledge. I tried to call them multiple times because I've received 2 bills. They never answer the phone and don't return calls.

Pelorus has Helped me To Discuss Things, Feelings Etc; That I Always Kept to Myself. I’m Still a Little Shy About Talking about Things; BUT This Is the Way I Was Raised. The Staff Is Wonderful. Caring, Compassionate, And they Listen to You. You Can Ask Questions, And they Will Provide You with Answers. I Never Feel Rushed During My Visit. Irresponsible. Statements are arriving at my house for someone who has never lived at my address (I am first owner) and whom I do not know. From the return address I called , gave their patient’ name and explained this. They promised to correct their records. Over a month later, another statement arrives. If they can’t take care of billing, how well can they take care of patients?

Shameful. They went to see my dad in an assisted living facility, and prescribed him medicine - despite the fact that my father does not speak English and there wasn't an interpreter present. Apparently psychological assessments can be made regardless of whether the patient understands. I'm so disgusted by the ignorance and indifference.

Referred by a neurologist. Multiple tries but I could never get anyone on the phone, get anyone to call or email me back. Sent numerous emails and left voicemails with the front desk.
