Irresponsible. Statements are arriving at my house for someone who has never lived at my address (I am first owner) and whom I do not know. From the return address I called , gave their patient’ name and explained this. They promised to correct their records. Over a month later, another statement arrives. If they can’t take care of billing, how well can they take care of patients?
Shameful. They went to see my dad in an assisted living facility, and prescribed him medicine - despite the fact that my father does not speak English and there wasn't an interpreter present. Apparently psychological assessments can be made regardless of whether the patient understands. I'm so disgusted by the ignorance and indifference.
Referred by a neurologist. Multiple tries but I could never get anyone on the phone, get anyone to call or email me back. Sent numerous emails and left voicemails with the front desk.
