I have put in multiple requests for a physician to give me a call regarding my mother who is in a memory care facility. I have been waiting over a month and have not received a call back. I need to speak with someone regarding medication she is receiving, and the lack of response from this team, shows poor patient care and terrible bedside manner. I would never suggest this team.
