I had a great experience here. The team was super helpful, honest, and quick with service. They took care of my tire issue right away and offered the best prices around. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys really went above and beyond. Highly recommend to anyone needing tire repair or replacement!
Arrived at 5:50pm, one person said that they close at 6pm. I just needed a plug on my tire, something that could've taken 5 minutes, he said to come back tomorrow, that they're closed. I'm ashamed of my people acting like this. Very bad customer service, stay away from this place. Very bad customer service, I had to say that twice. It's pathetic, I'm very upset, I had to go elsewhere to find another tire shop, hopefully is open and want to help me. People, stay away from this tire shop.
I went to this shop, and the bald guy—around 45 to 50 years old—said, “Wassup?” I said, “Yes sir, I’d like to see what’s wrong with my car tire.” He said, “I’m not fixing, only changing.” I told him, “That’s why I’m here.” Then he said, “Come back after 45 minutes.” I said, “If you don’t want my business, just say so.” The other two young German guys there are pretty good—I’ve been going to them before. If you want honest work and good prices go see Pelon. I needed 4 tires and he gave me the best price in the area. He has a customer for life.
5+++ stars! Excellent service! They went above and beyond to help me out to make sure I was taken care of. I live close, and he even came by to put a spare on since my tire tool was missing and I could not get to my spare. I HIGHLY recommend them!
