First time visiting and my tires were rolled in to Pell's "on fumes" and I went in to be greeted by whom I assume was the owner. He quoted me a price and I asked when can I get them done. His reply was "pull it in the shop now". Not only was he very fair, his crew was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional the whole time I waited.
