Extremely disappointed with our experience at Pell Equipment. Dealing with part-owner Matt Pell was frustrating and unprofessional. He insisted on cash payment instead of accepting a legitimate certified check from the bank, which raised serious concerns about how this business operates. This place is 100% old school,and what i mean by this is they like to help you,and when something get back ordered, they let you know the progress of your item. Great place.
