Pellows have been very patient and thoughtful with us. Completely happy with their advice and service, from instore to on the phone to the travelling serviceman. Happy to recommend.
Very poor service. Almost 4 weeks to have a mechanic come to replace a drive belt, only to have my mower stop working as it was incorrectly installed. Waited for the next 4 weeks with many phone calls and emails trying to have Pellows come and rectify the problem. Gave up and contacted Exeter Mower and Chainsaw center who collected my mower and had it returned in perfect working order in two days. Will never go to Pellows Saw and Mower again.
Not a very happy experience I rang and queried bandsaw blades. Did want to speak to someone who knows the different types on offer. Seemed to not understand so I just ordered 2 at specified length and no of teeth/ inch. Received text message saying 'Your sharpen has been completed....." I knew it to mean my blades were ready so asked my daughter to collect. (I'm 1.25 hours away) Sent her the text message I got. They knew nothing about that.
