Had a patio home built over a year ago. A number of items from our walkthrough 'punch' list still haven't been fixed, despite numerous promises from Jack, the owner. He leaves his voicemail full, doesn't return phone calls, etc. Couldn't be more disappointed in our decision.
We made a purchase that day. Haven’t closed until February. I found the people accommodating and open to answering questions. I will up date this review once we move in. So far very pleased.
