very good at elevation certificates – i used pellin surveying because they were highly recommended to me by a friend. they provide very good service and was respectful of my time. i think the name of the surveyor who did our elevation certification was jeremey. i am sure that i bugged him several times on the phone and email, but he always had the answers. very good company
Quality ALTA Surveyors! I have used them 3 times – I am a very busy gal, but I think that it is important that I take some time to let you know that I really believe that this is one of the best land surveying companies I have ever used. I own lot's of property and invest in new ones at least annually and plan on using Pellin Surveying for my St. Louis properties.
