I am extremely disappointed with Pellicano's service. I was issued an incorrect invoice, for my recent parking at Woolloongabba (Pellicano manages the car parking at Woolloongabba, South/City/SQ, 148 Logan Road). The invoice shows a charge of $280 for parking over a period of 34 days, 23 hours, and 57 minutes. I booked the parking on a pay-per-use basis and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the refund has been deferred repeatedly. Horrible rental agency with zero communication. We inspected one of their listings in Kangaroo Point and put in a rental application on the same day (mid-December). We received no follow-ups or communication from them whatsover. 2 weeks later we received an email from Pellicano informing us that our application looks good and whether we were still interested to proceed, in which we replied 'Yes' within 30 minutes. My building was constructed by this company not even 5yrs old engineers deemed it to be demolished..no sound proof exposed slab concrete on outside building when rains I have water coming through my skirt boards in both bedrooms cracks through out building
