Ordered a pallet of Musser "Forest Fuel" pellets online from PelletsRUs. Delivery charge was very reasonable and email communication regarding the delivery was very straightforward. The pallet was delivered when expected, the driver/operator left the pallet in a great spot on my driveway. The pellets were dry, neatly stacked, and are burning very well in my Whitfield stove. Very satisfied with PelletsRUs and the Musser pellets.
Competitive prices.
With a shortage of pellets this year I was getting desperate and was actually sitting in Lowes parking lot ready to buy their inferior pellets when I made one more search in the area. Pellets R Us came up with some in stock. I called, and within 1 1:2 hours had my pellets delivered. Jeff was awsome to deal with and his driver and helper were the best!!!! Ty!!!
Another great job!!! Ordered my wood chunks and they were delivered to my driveway …. I order the chunks because I don’t need the wood to be pretty and stacked. They burn great and are easy to handle Service from this company is wonderful… you order pick a date and time … they confirm… that simple. They whole thing is fast efficient and professionally done Thanks!!!
Found them through a web search. Ordered through the website. Had a confirmation email with delivery time that evening. Had two tons of pellets delivered, on time, into my garage two days later. Could not have been easier.
