I have purchased pellets from this company for the last 3 years and I am used to having to be patient for delivery (no problem). However, this year I am especially frustrated and will no longer be doing business with them going forward. Why? I ordered over $1,000 of product through their website in early Oct-2015. They price gouge and they are miserable people....screw them.....stay away at all cost....
New to the pellet world this year, I called Pellets Direct. They were so helpful with all my questions and new alot about the different types of pellets that are out there. Bought 3 tons of Lignetics. They were delayed due to the manufactuer's shortage of sawdust however they were very honest and upfront with the situation with sending me an email and a letter. I chose to wait and I am glad I did. Lignetics has been GREAT! High heat and very low ash and the delivery guy was perfect putting the product where I needed it put. ... read more
